Proven Expertise in Greenhouse Design,
Implementation & Retrofitting

AgroLinks has over 25 years of experience in the greenhouse/environmental control industry. In our nearly three decades in the business, we’ve helped countless greenhouse owners and operators achieve their business objectives.

We provide well-crafted solutions that are delivered on time and work as designed. And when our customers’ facilities need upgrades, they come back to AgroLinks because they see us as a partner in their success and not as a loosely associated group of consultants looking to complete a project quickly and move on to the next.

Our extensive expertise includes:

  • Needs assessment and research
  • Control system design
  • Equipment selection
  • Project management and system implementation
  • Training
  • System support

We have strong relationships with the most respected providers of electrical control systems and other greenhouse technology. We also have a continually expanding network of trusted architects, engineers, construction superintendents, managers, purchasing agents, consultants, and academics we can collaborate with as needed to produce the most effective solutions.

Meet the AgroLinks Team

They say big things come in small packages. That description applies perfectly to AgroLinks. Within our small, tightly knit group is more skill and experience than many companies can offer, even with headcounts that are significantly larger than ours.

The AgroLinks team is made up of:

Pam Brooks President

Pam’s deep industry expertise and hands-on management style results in her being involved in many aspects of AgroLinks’ operations. From sales and marketing to contract administration and managing relationships with clients and vendors, she ensures that every project is handled with tremendous attention to detail and a focus on quality.

Paul Brooks Founder

Paul has decades of experience in control system design and layout. He applies that knowledge both in the sales process and on client projects. Passionate about technology all his life, Paul has been an early adopter of many new systems through the years, was granted a patent for a line voltage interface for automation systems in 2011, and continues to leverage technology in both time-tested and novel ways that deliver outstanding results.

Ryan Brooks Commissioning / Training Specialist

Raised around agriculture and technology, Ryan was a natural fit for the family business. First, however, he attended college while simultaneously developing a broad business background, working in various industries including hospitality and finance. Today he is an expert in system design/layout for AgroLinks, performs system commissioning, and also provides customer training. Ryan’s installation experience gives him the leg up on competitors who have no working knowledge of the equipment they sell.

Diana Ocampo Sales Administrator

Before joining AgroLinks, Diana held a number of office management and customer service positions. Today, she is a crucial contributor to the company’s success—as well as our customers’. Diana handles a wide range of tasks from assisting customers, to preparing quotes and processing purchase orders, to analyzing sales reports and managing sales leads.

The AgroLinks Origin Story

At AgroLinks, we trace our history back to 1992, when Brooks Electric was formed to meet the technology needs of the greenhouse and nursery industry. The company re-branded a few years later as Brooks Electrical Services and continued to build on its reputation as a leader in complex control system installations. Founder Paul Brooks became recognized as an innovator in the use of technology like wireless and solar-powered controls, and even patented his own interface relays for motor control.

AgroLinks was founded in 2005 to handle system design and project management, allowing Brooks Electrical to remain focused on system installation. Today, AgroLinks is a trusted partner to discerning growers of greenhouse cannabis, flowers, vegetables, and fruit. The company is known for helping clients design and implement new systems and also for stepping in to make corrections that get business plans back on track when a system built by another provider fails to operate as promised.
